Q: How is Net Revenue calculated for my fee?
A:
Net Revenue = Actual revenue received (excluding VAT) − directly attributable costs, such as:
WhatsApp messaging fees (see rate card)
AI usage fees
Third-party licenses or integrations
Pass-through costs invoiced by third parties
Your 10% Fee is calculated on this Net Revenue amount.
⚠️ Operational, sales, and overhead costs are not deducted — these remain Conversation24’s responsibility.
Example:
Client pays €10,000/month
→ WhatsApp: €1,200
→ AI usage: €300
Net Revenue = €8,500
Your Fee = €850 (10% of €8,500)
